SPLAWN BELTING, INC. can perforate belting for vacuum or other applications. It has a computerized punching machine that can offer most any pattern. Standard round holes are available in diameters of 1/16" to 1" (English or metric). Other shapes may be available (a tooling or die charge may apply).

This process is available for belting up to approximately 126 inches (3200mm) in width. Belting in lengths less than approximately 82 inches can be perforated on open stock. Our limitation is on perforation of mandrel-made endless belts such as feeder belts.

SPLAWN BELTING, INC. will also perforate competitive belt materials.
